Job Description
As an AI Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions for Netweb Technologies. Your role involves driving AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-powered applications that support business goals and enhance product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the AI strategy and roadmap for organizational growth.
• Identify opportunities for AI-led innovation and competitive advantage.
• Lead AI engineers and data scientists in designing scalable and impactful AI solutions.
• Provide mentorship, support, and technical direction to the AI team.
• Architect end-to-end AI systems including data pipelines, ML models, and inference engines.
• Evaluate and select the best AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Manage full lifecycle AI project execution—concept to production deployment.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI into products.
• Oversee development of ML models, deep learning networks, and NLP solutions.
• Conduct model tuning, hyperparameter optimization, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance across AI workflows.
• Implement AI best practices and develop efficient data governance standards.
• Lead experimentation, research, and prototyping of new AI techniques and algorithms.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments.
