Job Description
Netweb Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Lead capable of driving end-to-end development initiatives and leading a high-performing engineering team. You will be responsible for the architecture, design, development, deployment, and optimization of scalable software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in building scalable and robust software solutions.
- Architect and implement intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using React.
- Design and develop high-performance backend APIs and microservices using Django and FastAPI.
- Establish and maintain strong DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Manage and optimize databases including MongoDB and PostgreSQL for scalability and reliability.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
- Mentor team members, promote skill development, and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Stay updated with modern technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with React, Django, and FastAPI in production environments.
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
- Expertise in managing large-scale databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.
