– 10th: Pass – 12th: Pass – Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above (as per university rules) – Year of Passing: 2025 only – Eligible Degrees: BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics) – Open/distance allowed for 10th & 12th only; max 3 years GAP allowed (between 10th and start of graduation); no gaps in graduation. – One backlog allowed at online assessment (must be cleared by 6th semester completion). – Must have studied Core Mathematics during graduation (Business Maths / Applied Maths NOT accepted). – Candidate should be 18+ and an Indian citizen / PIO / OCI (Bhutan/Nepal nationals: submit citizenship certificate). |

To qualify, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria including academic percentage, graduation stream requirements, year of passing rules, and education gap guidelines. Candidates must also have studied Core Mathematics during graduation. Wipro allows only one active backlog at the time of assessment and expects candidates to clear it by the final semester.
Shortlisted candidates will go through a selection process consisting of an online assessment, voice evaluation and business discussion. Successful candidates receive a Letter of Intent followed by pre-skilling training, and upon clearing the training, candidates receive the final offer letter.
This is a highly competitive program, and candidates are advised to prepare thoroughly for verbal, analytical, quantitative and written tests as part of Round 1. The service agreement period is 60 months, and Wipro offers a joining bonus of ₹75,000, subject to terms and conditions.
